"A sheep, a coin, and a boy all walked into a sermon one day." This may sound like the set up to a joke, but Jesus uses these three characters to make a powerful point - He loves people; Broken people, hurting people, confused people, distracted people, rebellious people - you name it, He just loves people, and He loves spending time with people who don't behave like He behaves, or believe what He believes. In Luke 15, Jesus tells three stories that show His love for lost people, and challenge us to do the same.
The Father's desire to see the lost found.
